I visited an exciting exhibit at the New York Historical Society about superheroes and their roots in New York. The exhibit gave background on characters, showcased artifacts and included interactive stations. The Batmobile is a must see!
Today was the last day to visit the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) exhibit of Frida Kahlo‘s garden. I viewed the exhibit a few weeks ago with a docent led group. NYBG acquired a small amount of drawings and photographs to add to pair with the content in the collection of live plants.
Small touches like a cantina and taco truck, made the visitor experience even more enjoyable–particularly for the evening events. I’m a little sad to see it go, but looking forward to the upcoming winter exhibits.
