It has been a while since my last post, but I have been working away on projects and taking care of self. I recently celebrated my 35th birthday and decided it was the perfect opportunity to reboot. Here’s what I’ve done!
I’ve pitched to new editors, drafted articles and began a manuscript that I plan to complete and submit to publishers. I setup calls with contacts and sent out emails. I then created a timeline and became more organized.
Focused on Mind & Body
I met with a meditation coach and I’m currently taking a class on mindfulness. I practice for a few minutes, twice each day. I also had sessions with a personal trainer and sketched a plan to return to my best body (or close to it).
Travel is a passion of mine. It is something that my husband and I enjoyed together before becoming parents and we make it a point to expose our son to as much as possible. I have planned local outings, weekend escapes and a longer trip. I cant wait to share with you!
